The Neighborhood:

This stylish and high standard studio is a part of a new residential estate SOHO on Żupnicza street in the South Praga district. The building was designed on a C-plan with service premises on the ground floor, and the entrance leads through a representative lobby with a reception desk.

The concept of the investment transforms the estate into the vibrant center of the district. The development features prestigious restaurants (including Warszawa Wschodnia by Mateusz Gessler) and the fascinating Neon Museum.
