The hotel is huge, it was very busy the weekend we were there with conferences going on and so unfortunately we couldn't check in on time. The hotel was very accommodating and offered us a small upgrade to a room on a higher floor. Although they had to come in and put a roll away bed in. Buffet breakfast was super busy as was the spa, but overall staff were very attentive and helpful, the hotel's location is great and walk able to everything.

Superb hotel right in the centre of Warsaw. We had a swift check-in (and we were early) and room was ready. Polite efficient reception staff. Room was a good size, nice bathroom with full size bath and good power shower. All facilities were superb. Bed was so comfy! Breakfast was superb! Huge choices from hot selection, bacon, eggs, mushrooms, beans, hash browns, freshly made omelettes, continental, salad, ham, tomatoes, peppers, cottage cheese, cereals, porridge, fresh bread and rolls, fresh honey comb, yogurts, smoothies. We also ate in the bar area, great menu and sensible prices, overall we would most definitely return to this fabulous Hotel.

Well the nicer hotels i've stayed at in a while.Definitely recommend and the heart of warsaw too.Make sure you bring a bathing suit.So you can go in the pool, it's beautiful.

We had a wonderful stay in Warsaw. Our room was very comfortable and spacious, and the food was delicious. It is in a prime location, close to all landmarks. Extremely helpful and polite staff.

Great location !!awesome pool and breakfast. It is a great hotel for business and leisure travel. It is listed as 5 star, but really it is a good 4 star hotel. Don’t expect luxury , but rather your good business class. Great parking available.

Inflexible management about amending reservations. Checked us out of rooms when we extended stay...keys did not work multiple times necessitating back and forth to front desk. Inattentive wait staff in restaurants and bar. Issues with charging food to room that was not explained. Poor value. Dissappointment.
