Sun Rises and Sun Sets
We loved staying at the Chapman Lake Dr property! The place was amazing. Anything you think you would need they have provided. Joy responded quick to every need we had in seconds. The cabin was clean and decorated to the nines. The coffee bar, welcome basket and margarita station were put to great use!! The view of the lake was magnificent. Early morning kayaking and late night fires were enjoyed by the whole family. We will definitely be back.

Great location, attentive host, very comfortable!
The home is extremely clean and stocked with the necessities. Host communicated with us before, during, and after our stay to make sure everything was good. We rented due to our daughters wedding in the area. Perfect for the brides night before and great for the entire family and some friends after. Brought a boat and just enjoyed the place. Close to Walmart, Lowe’s, and some all of Warsaw IN. I strongly recommend this place to relax and enjoy. Thank you!

Lovely Lake View!
This property is so close to the lake, with beautiful views out the windows! Nice loft with 3 beds! Great master bathroom! Only complaints would be the stove is so small (couldn't fit in a pizza!), and no bathroom in the loft.

Wonderful property for family time together.
This lakefront property is amazing on an exceptionally clean lake. We were a party of six adults and three children under the age of 6 and we had plenty of room. The upstairs loft with it's three beds separated by dividers is very functional and offers plenty of privacy. It was spotless upon arrival and we were greeted by the owners who live next door who were very friendly and accomodating. What's not to like? We had a great time and hope to return next year.

A Wonderful Family Gathering and Stay
The property was spacious and clean. We loved having multiple gathering areas for various activities, including the living room, sunroom, and outdoors - at one point we even had multiple board games going between family members at both the dining room table and sunroom table! The loft is a good use of space too, and allowed us to comfortably sleep 10 for one night of our stay. Finally, we loved that two kayaks and a paddle boat were included for our use. The lake itself is mud bottom, not sand, and though that didn't stop the kids from swimming (shallow enough to stand at least 50 ft out), the adults enjoyed taking the kayaks out more :-)

Beautiful home! Great Lake!
My husband and I were looking for a relaxing lake place that we could take our 17 year old son and his friends to for a short vacation. We hit the jackpot! Beautiful home with plenty of space for all of us. I have never rented a place that has ever been this well stocked, the owners have truly thought of everything. The kids enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boat, and we were also able to rent a boat from Tippecanoe Boat Company and dock it at the property. We only had one issue during our stay..we lost power due to a blown breaker, but we were able to contact one of the owners and they sent someone immediately to fix the issue. I just can’t say enough about our stay and this wonderful place, we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great place
Place was perfect to get away for the weekend. Locals and property managers were all great and pleasant to talk to. Lake is clear and beautiful with a great sand bar spot. House was great with beds for 10 and the fire pit outback was awesome.
