Amazing 2 bedroom, one bathroom apartment located on the lower level of a large row house, we separate entrance.
The Apartment has one queen size bed in Room # 1 , one full size bed in Room # 2 and a full size sofa bed in the livingroom. This property is in the heart of Historic Logan Circle and convention center area of North West Washington. You will find a cozy and clean property. Private entrance and you can walk everywhere ( 96 walk score). This property is only 3 City Blocks away Howard Shaw Metro Station, 5 City Blocks from the Washington Convention Center, and 2 blocks from grocery stores (Whole Food and Giant). You can also walk to restaurants near the property as well as the U Street Corridor and 14th Street. Great Value for the price!

Awesome apartment in an awesome location

We walked to and from foggy bottom and the mall, logan circle and dupont circle - plus found great food and drink nearby. Apartment is outfitted with all one could ever need and has auch a great layout. Really enjoyed our week there!

Quiet, very good location

A quiet neighborhood, easy walking distance to good restaurants, well equipped, and not far from the metro. We used the Shaw metro station which meant some transfers, but those are pretty simple once a person gets oriented to the stations.

Cozy home away from home

We enjoyed our stay! Good location (Blagden Alley, U street and the Metro all walkable). We let the owner know our one suggestion - to strengthen the WiFi throughout the unit. Otherwise, all was great. Comfortable beds. Easy check in and check out. A great place to relax after each day exploring DC.

Conveniently located and comfortable stay

My family and I enjoyed our time staying at this apartment during our visit to Washington, DC. We found the neighborhood extremely convenient-- close enough to walk to many sites- but also with more of a neighborhood feel with cafes and restaurants also within walking distance. The apartment was well-stocked with amenities, and we easily found everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with our host, and arrival/departure were seamless.

A quaint little place

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment. It was well equipped with everything we needed. It also was in walking distance to the grocery store, coffee shops, and restaurants. We even were able to take an easy 25 minute walk to the National Mall. The only reason I gave the place a 4 was because you can hear the people staying in the apartment above. This wasn’t a problem during the week when they went to bed earlier, but on the Friday and Saturday when they were up late it kept us up as well. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay in this place again.

Perfect place for the family!

This place was perfect for the five of us. Our son took the pull-out couch and the girls had their own room while my wife and I had our own space as well. The place was packed with everything you could possibly need right down to the very last detail. We didn't need to use most of the amenities that were available, but it's nice to know they were there just in case you forgot anything. The location is awesome with parking just steps away from the front door. The walk to the Metro was five minutes or less which was easy for us to get back and forth from the National Mall. Checking in and out was seamless. I highly recommend this cozy property.

Cozy spot in an ideal location

Stayed 3 nights to attend a conference and this space was perfect. Great neighborhood, clean, cozy, and a very short walk to coffee, restaurants, shopping and the metro. Host was super helpful and made check-in and park info easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Great space but basement could hear the walking of the Vrbo rental above us which wasn’t bad first several night nights with adults above. Last 2 night young kids stayed above and their running all morning starting at 7:00 am woke us and prevented any peace. Next time will look for rental to adults only. Not restful left our vacation tired and sleep deprived

Awesome

Great location in Logan Circle, which is a very walkable area, plus it comes with a parking pass for your vehicle, so you can drive when necessary. The apartment has good AC, which helps a lot in the hot DC summer, and was well stocked with towels, toiletries, and water bottles. Apartment was exactly as described and communication was good. Only minor issue was the wifi was a little slow and spotty, so I wouldn't recommend for someone who has to rely on wifi for work or Zoom calls, but we weren't in the apartment much during the day anyway as we were exploring the city.

Worked well for our family of 5

The property was as described. Convenient location. Easy to navigate. The owner was prompt to respond and easy to work with. For parking, we were supposed to send him our car make and model in advance, but I had a rental I picked up that day- he was still very accommodating in helping us with parking. I recommend reading the helpful tip book- it helped us navigate during our stay.
