TrÚs bel appartement idéalement situé

Mignon petit appartement trĂšs calme dans un quartier rĂ©sidentiel avec de magnifiques maisons (il faut se promener autour). L’emplacement est parfait pour dĂ©couvrir National Mall (Ă  quelques stations de mĂ©tro) IdĂ©al pour un couple en voyage pour quelques jours. Les propriĂ©taires sont discrets (ils habitent en haut) et rĂ©pondent rapidement. Nous Ă©tions avec nos enfants (8 et 11 ans) qui dormaient dans le divan-lit juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du lit. Ce dernier est un peu bruyant (quand les enfants bougent). Aussi, il n’y a qu’une plaque de camping d’un rond et un four qu’on doit sortir de l’armoire, donc idĂ©alement, il faut prĂ©voir des repas plutĂŽt de type prĂȘt-Ă -manger Ă  rĂ©chauffer.

The space was incredibly cute and very clean. Hosts were very helpful and quick to respond to any questions.The neighborhood was amazing and a nice 20 minute walk to the Capitol and all the Smithsonian museums. Perfect location for sightseeing around DC.

JUST A PLACE TO SLEEP

The property was centrally located. The owner lives above this mother-n-law suite. It became noisy a few times. Their dog is heard quite a bit. When they had company over it was loud in the apt. There are several repairs and updates needed. I wanted to go on back porch but the dog feces was everywhere.

Perfect location, lovely apartment

My teenage daughter and I stayed on a quick tourist trip. The location is amazing; parking is lovely; the apartment is straightforward but had everything we needed, and was exceptionally clean. (We did not cook.) The fold-out bed on the couch was comfortable.

Charming Studio Apartment in the Heart of Capitol Hill!

Charming studio within walking distance or short commute by Uber to restaurants, Trader Joe’s, and some of D.C.’s best attractions! Apartment was adorable, and just as described. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom and overall perfect size for my husband and me during our short stay. The kitchen was well stocked, with fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and other necessities that may be needed. Nolon was an absolute dream to work with. He was always available to answer any questions we had, and we so appreciated his thoughtfulness. We would not hesitate to stay here again, and hope to return one day soon!

Perfect location

Our goal was to stay in DC and be close to the Metro, which was accomplished. With convenient parking on the street combined with a short walk to the Metro (under 15 min) every morning we could be on the Mall in about 30 min. We even stopped at the Eastern Market every morning for pastries and coffee. The main bed was very comfortable, the kids pull out bed was a little squeaky but they never complained. We appreciated the coffee every morning and having a refrigerator to keep our extra beverages cold. We would stay here again. Thank you!

Overall great stay. Nice flat 10 min walk to eastern market metro. The area was clean and safe. Kids walked form school by themselves. I would definitely recommend this place.

Nice flate. Good area to walk to the statement buildings Very good place for 2 people. To small for 4 as we were.the sleeping sofa, is not good. And there is not enough chairsand kitchen supplies. Good
