The property sits within walking distance of the highlights of lively U St, Shaw, and Logan Circle, as well as the renowned Le Droit Park. This area has a Walk Score of 95. The nearest subway station, Shaw-Howard Metro, is a 10-minute walk away.

Getting Around:
There are two metro stops that are a short walk away. Howard/Shaw metro stop is on 7th street with green and yellow line access. U Street is about a 15 minute walk and one stop north of the Howard/Shaw metro. You can find transfer points from the green line using the DC metro map. Bike share is about a block away on Elm st by the park at Le Droit. Various Bus stops are on 3rd street and Florida Street.
