Complex was nice. Unit could have been cleaner, but it was decent. We had to wipe down surfaces, sweep, tidy up the couch, and purge some dingy towels. Outside the building was different story. Drug infested areas surrounding the building, and not just marijuana. Really nice statue in front of the building that is classified as a public park, and that's right where all drug activity originated. Safety was questionable, although we had a code for entry.
