The room was very pleasant - I would have preferred a higher floor but bed was comfortable and room was clean. Check in was easy - I was at hotel only to sleep so I didn't utilize restaurant or bar area but they looked really nice.

The room was incredibly uncomfortable, with a loud, industrial heating and cooling system (no thermostat) that belonged in a factory and roared on and off all night and that staff didn’t know how to work.
