Vic at reception was excellent. He was warm and friendly and very helpful. Hospitable check in even offered some places to visit and eat. Excellent customer service. Booked 3 x rooms and they were clean and per photos.

Considering the craziness of DC traffic, it was a relief to come to the Fairfield and the easy access was wonderful. The room was nice, comfortable and I slept the best! I was so surprised there was a parking lot but that's also my complaint. I had to pay to park on a parking lot right beside the hotel built the same as others next to each other on the same property! It's the same as all hotels you stay at with parking included. But not here! Just a heads up.

Katrina was very helpful during my check in. The hotel is nice and clean. The dining hall is not big enough to accomodate many guests at a time and breakfast was Ok.
