Rooms are very nice , but the Hotel lacks any supporting services , no coffee or access before 7:00 am in a Major City for business , Especially International ridiculous . No newspapers, snacks nor basic toiletries no sop or shops , ridiculous parking fee $70.00 , outrageous!

The staff were very kind and tried to be helpful. The hotel guests were incredibly loud - it felt like I was staying in a club. No respect for any other guests or basic decency. Leaving early for the airport was not safe at all - dozens of men loitering outside.

I was overcharged when I arrived and I was only offered one room by Ofrem, the front desk clerk. He wasn’t able to locate my Expedia reservation, even though I showed in my reservation confirmation. He over charged me and made me pay deposit and facility fees. I want a refund, this is insane.
