A little disappointed. Cleaning staff did not refill mini bar; toilet paper; and coffee properly. The last day did not even clean room. Calls to front desk were met with delayed service. Service in restaurant was slow. It would begin well but waiters eventually lost interest in refills etc.Food was excellent. The room was small and awkward layout.

Location was perfect for sightseeing. There are 2 CVS stores and a liquor store on 14th St. We felt very safe in the area. Check in was a breeze. Only issue was our room cleaner kept replenishing our coffee pods with Decaf and there was no regular tea - in the scheme of things not a biggie. I would recommend this hotel.

My stay here was excellent. Super nice room, excellent service from everyone I encountered from valet, to front desk, to room service. I would totally stay here again. Also, the location is perfect to walk DC.

Everything was so clean, and this is the friendliest hotel I’ve been too the staff tried their hardest to find me a double room (they were out) but I appreciated the effort! And restaurant inside was good, and hotel is in a very convenient and walkable area!
