I stayed at the Hamilton Hotel in the Presidential Suite, expecting a premium experience but unfortunately, it fell short. I was charged a $101 incidental fee and told it would be reimbursed upon checkout. That refund never came. I reached out twice after my stay and received no response just silence. To make matters worse, the suite didn’t even have a basic amenity like an ice bucket. I had to go downstairs to request one, only to be given the runaround by the front desk. It’s frustrating to be ignored after spending top dollar, especially when the issue is so simple to resolve. I expected better service and accountability from a hotel of this caliber.

My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The rooms were small, not properly cleaned, and lacked the city view that was advertised when I booked through Expedia. This made me feel misled, as the description and photos gave a completely different impression of what I would be getting. In addition, there were no facilities such as a spa, gym, or any other amenities available during my stay, which greatly reduced the overall comfort and value of the hotel. It felt as though the property did not match the standards or expectations presented online. I rely on Expedia to provide accurate information when booking, but in this case, the listing did not reflect the actual conditions of the hotel. I hope Expedia ensures that the information on their platform is verified so that other travelers do not have the same disappointing experience.

Very nice hotel! Walkable to coffee and shops. Hotel restaurant was very good, and good service. I was worried about noise from the street , but black out curtains and noise were not an issue.

I found it to be noisy, asked for city view when booked and got the view of another building, room was subpar. When checking in I found it to be quick no 20 dollar dining credit was mentioned. No one mentioned room service. I felt that it was to rushed.
