The room was not cleaned well. When I pulled the curtain down there was a black coating of dirt and dust. The support handle in the shower was peeling and there was some staining on the bathroom floor. Some staff was friendly but even they were not very helpful. I would also be careful about them overbilling. I was billed an additional day of parking after I checked out and was no longer their hotel. When I called to get it reversed and ask why I was charged after I was no longer a guest they they stated they reversed the charge the same day but couldnt explain why it happened. Two weeks later the charge was still there.

Staff was great and very helpful. Fantastic location. But the room and amenities are very outdated. Streaming on TV didn’t work at all, sink cold water had a sewer smell, no hot water the first night.
