I stayed at the Hamilton Hotel from 9/19-9/21. My hotel is room is so dirty. There are stains all over the carpet, rusted shower parts, limescale or something on the shower head that caused a rash. The shower won’t drain. I would like refund or credit for my stay.

The hotel is in an excellent location in the city, very close to the White House, which is an 11-minute walk away. It is very close to the city's iconic monuments and museums. If you use Uber, everything is within 5 minutes. You also have the option of using the subway; the nearest subway station is a 4-minute walk away.
