Hilton Garden Inn DC close to the Warner Theater

We had tickets to the Warner Theater and wanted a hotel that was within walking distance, and it was 2 1/2 blocks so it worked. The room was very comfortable, we found a wonderful restaurant for dinner before the show, and the hotel offered a very nice full breakfast although it was not complimentary. Overall we were very happy, it worked very nicely with our plans for our short stay.

A convenient and clean, nice but affordable alternative in the heart of DC. Friendly staff and the coffee in the lobby was a nice touch. The breakfast buffet is overpriced, but that was my only complaint.

Better cheaper options around

The shower was dirty, and while the room was acceptable, the elevators were not clean. The pool was not disinfected; the water was cloudy, and there was no chlorine smell in the pool area. Additionally, the deck around the pool was quite dirty. There is no parking available at the hotel; they only offer valet parking for $69 per day, along with an There is an additional fee for using their parking services. There are better hotel options just a block away, a little cheaper than this one. Breakfast was ok, but there were not all the usual options.
