PROs, Great location. Nice clean rooms. Very close to METRO station, Close to restaurants. Fairly safe to walk at night. Close to DC atractions. CONs: Stayed at 10th floor, elevators were very noisy woke me up few times a night. If you decide to stay in this hotel ask for lower floor. Horrable parking situation! They charge $57 per night!!! Breakfast at best mediocer! very few selection. Bolied eggs felt rubbery! Breakfast time too short, they closed at buffet at 9:00 am, it should be longer, specially if you travel with kids.(should be10:00). Poor choise of coffee in rooms.

The night staff at the front desk was amazing. She was very helpful and welcoming. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean, and the bedsheets clean. The room could use more light and one of guests warmed up fish one night and you could smell it as if it were in our room but other than that it was a great stay.

Wonderful stay in the Navy Yard Homewood Suites

A great stay here. Ken and his staff are professional, friendly, and courteous. Housekeeping and Engineering are also awesome. This is a very clean and pleasant property and the Navy Yard is a fun area.
