The property was conveniently located to the great dining options and the Capital One Arena. It was easy to travel and I loved the gym as it was 24 hours. The breakfast was great as they switched it up every 2 days. Staff was attentive and respectful as well.

Hands down, the friendliest staff I’ve ever met. Brandy, Sade, Cat, just to name a few were so friendly and welcoming. We looked the snack station that was refilled and the fresh baked cookies. We also were gifted a ginger bread house for staying through the holidays.

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had in my whole life. Everything from trying to find the parking garage to my actual room was awful. I accidentally drove into the parking garage not knowing valet was suppose to, once I was inside I had to call the office twice to get out because someone locked us inside

The hotel is very nice but the room although it was good it had a strange smell I did not feel comfortable the parking is very expensive and the employees with whom I interact were not so friendly it is not bad but it could be better excellent location
