One of the worst.... My wife, son and I stayed here thinking that we'd have a decent experience, but we were very disappointed. The sofa was so worn and dirty that we didn't sit on it. The garbage disposal in the kitchenette was broken and the room safe didn't work that we had to call the maintenance person twice. The hotel elevator was so loud when it operated that we were concerned of getting stuck in it. Staff were friendly, but we didn't get cleaning service for two days despite asking for one.... A very disappointing experience....

Very nice hotel near a lot of restaurants and bars. Pretty much everything is within walkable distance. They had actual employees who were friendly and helpful. My room was a little worn down, minor things like old stains on furniture or cigarette burn on the carpet. Overall, I would recommend this place if you don't mind these little annoyances.

Positives: good price for the area, breakfast was included and pretty good food and variety, walkable to convention center, some kind staff members who tried to make up for the issues despite not fixing them. Bed was very comfortable and felt clean. Negatives: so many room issues. Had to change rooms as the appliance issue in my first could not be resolved, staff upgraded me to a bigger room for the inconvenience but new room was not well kept. The AC did not work as one would expect. Despite setting to 60s it never got below 74 in my stay. The fan would randomly turn off despite me setting it to full speed, cool and on. About every 1.5 hours I had to manually turn it back on. If they didn’t have a ceiling fan above the bed it would have been truly miserable. The faucet in the bathroom was broken and shot water at me soaking my shirt first use. Had to use it on lowest setting to avoid getting drenched. Very slow to drain. Couch had stains.

I have a very traumatic experience during my stay, I was fortunate to return to the hotel while a very amazing young man named Gabrielle was working. Right away, he noticed the difference in my demeanor and that something was wrong and he did everything he could to help make it better-and he succeeded as much as possible. Patricia, the manager, was just as amazing. The support these people show a complete stranger is something that I will never forget and always be eternally grateful for.❤️

This was my second time staying at this property and it was a pleasure. Staff is very accommodating, property is a car ride away from Union Station (Amtrak and Buses), walkable to the Metro and complementary breakfast.

It was our 1st time in Washington and this hotel was truly excellent, the location is great and service was exceptional, I enjoyed my visit thanks to them and would definitely stay there again in the future.

The breakfast was outstanding. Rooms are nice if a little outdated. Loved having the kitchenette to be able to grab some food at the Safeway across the street and prepare it ourselves. Lived the walk in shower with good water pressure. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Ice machine on our floor wasn’t working so staff got us ice from the kitchen.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was always well stocked and had good variety. There was plenty of staff to address any issues. Our in-room kitchen was not stocked especially well with dinnerware or cooking utensils. The hotel cheerfully provided items that we requested, if they had them. The chef and parry knives were extremely dull. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

The suites are roomy and comfortable. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is very good. The only issue was the mattress. It needs to be replaced as it’s worn out and provides no support.

Worst Hotel Ever!

Paid for a Queen Suite and was put in a small studio. Blood stain on the carpet. Bathroom door handle missing. Bathroom light did not work. T.V remote didn't work. Overheard staff talking about not liking their job. Talked to staff about issues and offered me 5000 Hilton points (28$). Did not want me to pay for the studio I was in, but the more expensive Quenn suite I reserved but did not stay in. They said they accidently put me in the wrong room. Didn't offer to move us to a bigger room. The next morning mentioned issues again. Said they would talk to the manager. Did not hear anything so I reached out via chat. Was told there was no manager and to call back another time. Finally called corporate and they wanted to offer me points to stay in the same hotel. Eventually decided to comp me for only one night with a check in 5 weeks. Breakfast was also trash. Dry nasty food. We went out for breakfast after the second day. Very bad business. I'll never stay at a Hilton ever again.
