I came early and my room was not ready yet. But they held my suitcases and parked my car and we came back later to our room, they were so kind. It was a pleasant stay, the breakfast was tasty as well.

Hotel room was great. Only a few issues: there were only 3 towels in a room booked for six. Annoying inconvenience. There was no blanket for the people on the sofa bed and the covers on the beds were thin. Otherwise it was clean and nicely updated.

No pool. Closet handle broken off. Shower handle broken off. 1 phone didn't work. 1 TV squealed and buzzed so loud there was no point.

The first room I was given was smaller than the web site showed, and lacked the sofa that was specifically listed under AMENITIES. The clerk resisted, but eventually conceded and gave me a room with a sofa. The "fully equipped" kitchen lacked any pans except for 2 large stew pots without lids, When I asked for a frying pan and sauce pan, they did provide it. The only bowls were small cereal bowls. When I asked for a larger bowl to fix a salad, they did not have one. On the plus side, the refrigerator was about 3/4 size of a home refrigerator, and the sofa was very comfortable.

So...the customer service was great...but if im being totally honest...the condition of the room could have been better. The bedroom floor was still wet from cleaning, and stayed that way for hours.There were visible stains on the pull out couch, on both sides of cushions which said to me they did not thoroughly clean and took a short cut by flipping the cushions. We had to call for clean washcloths as the ones we had also had stains on them. The dishwasher nor stove top were functional and my wife actually had to go to another room at one point to cook due to no engineer being available. Although my wife's birthday turned out great...we simply expected a bit more.
