Poor experience

Rooms too tight, worn out. No coffee,food or breakfast. Paid for valet but car was not put away at night. Room not ready by 3pm, no room to sit and lounge for conversation with others. Heater at night had parts rattling and couldn’t sleep.

Comfortable and Great Location

Great location near Union Station. Room was comfortable and near many attractions. Ride share credit was a great amenity offered as it was rainy for much of our trip.

We stayed on Valentine’s Day and surprisingly parking was easy . Room was clean . We were provided complimentary champagne for our evening with a welcome note. Very romantic. My only and I mean only flaw would be our king bed room was kind of small . I expected a little more space however the room was nice but overall good experience.

Great Gem by Capital Hill

The stay was very comfortable and very close to Union Station. It was close to the venue I was attending. The yoga mat on the room was a great plus. My only not so great feedback was the room not being cleaned until after 3pm.

The combination of thin walls and mediocre behind-the-counter service made our stay two and a half stars at best. If you stay here, remember to check the water out of the tap in a clear glass, as ours was cloudy and smelled rank. After a full weekend of stay, and asking multiple employees on separate occasions, I am still unsure of when and where I am able to buy a bottle of wine for my room. The only bright part of our stay was the bellman, Ephram. Excellent service from this gentleman. Five stars: Ephram Three stars: Kimpton George
