Well disclosed that rooms are small, but they are super efficient and confortable. Lobby is fantastic, gym is outstanding considering that space is a premium. Staff excellent and accomodating. Hard to imagine better access to transport (Metro across street + bus stop on corner), or to restaurants *literally 100's that are walkable*

Just six short months in DC the environment feels safer due to the US National Guard deployment, especially heavy at night and weekends. No homeless encampments but a few sidewalk sleeepers that were ignored by local PD, sad. Overall DC has a safer environment than just 6 months ago, I guess all it took to turn DC around was a new administration, simple.

Staff in Motto hotel is excellent no question…room was clean . Location is not bad. What I didn’t like:1.Room is supper supper small,distance between toilet (actually toilet seat) and bed not even step(not good!) and last thing It was a first time when room didn’t have coffee machine ,surprise.
