This 624 square foot home has been thoughtfully renovated and features a new kitchen and marble bath. The granite counters wrap around to form a counter for sitting and dining. French doors open to the brick patio with seating, enjoy a meal or beverage alfresco while you plan your day! Please note that the home has historic narrow stairs. Upstairs you will find 2 small bedrooms, one with a queen bed and closet behind mirrored sliding glass doors, and the other with a twin bed and dedicated work-from-home space, (desk, office chair, desk light), and a marble bath with glassed in shower.
The kitchen has all the essentials to prepare simple meals from the items you pick up at the local farmerâs markets or neighborhood markets. Please note that it has a combination microwave and convection oven.
