Graceful, contemporary, and spacious apartment in a Victorian row house. Walk just a few blocks to dozens of stores, restaurants, bars, and Whole Foods (14th St/Logan). Easy access to Smithsonian/Mall, White House and downtown by walking, e-scooter, Metro. Six embassies within two blocks.

Though close to everything, it's an oasis. This quiet, tree-lined street is only one block long with little traffic.

THE SPACE
‱ Very large, 1,000 square feet. One bedroom.
‱ COMPLETE APARTMENT—full floor, garden-level apartment with its own entrance--nothing is shared with the house.
‱ Fully equipped kitchen (Whole Foods one block away, Trader Joe’s a few blocks away).
‱ I live upstairs and am usually available.

SLEEPING
‱ Bed 1: King-size bed with superior quality mattress (Casper) in the bedroom.
‱ Bed 2: Sofa bed. The second bed is a sofa-bed (queen size and comfortable) in the living room, ideal for kids. Note: accessing the bathroom requires going through the bedroom.
‱ Crib: Please notify me if you need the crib so I can remove it from storage. The crib is 30" x 43" and is a "4 in 1" Portable Baby Crib with: Nursery Center, Foldable Travel Playard with Bassinet, Mattress, Changing Table for Newborn, Infant, Toddler

Everything was perfect. The apartment was clean, well appointed and welcoming. The host was exceptionally friendly and always available if needed. The neighborhood was convenient and an excellent location. We will definitely return when next in DC.

Absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived everything was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described (if not better). The attention to detail was next level, from the chic decor & fully stocked kitchen to the thoughtful touches which made us feel beyond comfortable. We especially loved the entryway garden which pictures don’t do it justice! The location was perfect & peaceful yet close to everything we wanted to see and do.Jeff was exceptional & genuinely cared that we had a great experience
 truly went above & beyond. Check in/ out was seamless & communication felt more like a Concierege service- simply easy from start to finish.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for 5-star service!

Perfect place to stay for my husband and I. I was a little nervous booking here because it didn’t have reviews - so I searched the address and found it on another site - excellent reviews. The neighborhood is relatively close to everything and miraculously quiet. We felt so safe and found parking right in front of the house easily each night. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, everything was so clean but also decorated very nicely with a lot of antiques and historical DC type decor throughout the house. The staircase is a bit tight of a turn (which was fine for us without problem) it was so cute - it had so much charm, the stained glass window and the amazing room accommodations - along with a great host, make this the perfect place for a couple to stay. Will definitely re-book if we’re ever back in DC kid free. (I think the couch is a pull out if you do have kids) the ONLY thing I was missing that I wish I had thought of was to bring a fan. Us southerners like cool moving air no matter the season and I completely forgot mine. However, after exploring we were so tired, we just passed out when our head hit the pillow. Not enough of a problem to ask if there might be one we could borrow.Do yourself favor and skip the hotel and stay here. It was nice, clean and generously stocked with starter stuff you might need.
