When I checked in the woman before me (white woman) was given her WiFi password, she was told about the complementary breakfast in the morning as well as other complementary items. When my girlfriend and I (Latinas) were checked in none of the same information was given to us. The man at the desk didn’t say a word to us aside from when he asked for my ID and credit card. The next morning we asked about the complementary breakfast just to be told different stories by two different employees. Turns out no guest is given complementary breakfast. We paid for two nights a valet. Each night the valet was the same man who was extremely rude to us each time.

The Front Desk Agent, Q, is truly amazing. Of course check in was easy, but she offered up the most sincere welcome, gave us a personalized list of local places to visit, explained the Metro system, and was just so helpful. The door man was always smiling, friendly, and helpful. If I ever get the opportunity to visit DC again, I'd definitely return to The Fairfax.
