The cleanliness was extremely poor and it appeared that the room had been neglected prior to my arrival. This significantly affected my comfort and overall experience especially given the standards I expected from your hotel.

The drawer doesn’t stay closed, the water pressure was very poor, and the toilet doesn’t flush well. And the carpets were a bit crunchy in a few spots? Also the elevator is pretty loud - you can hear it going up and down the elevator shaft.

Meh…. Ok location. Didn’t love the quality of the hotel. Floors had narrow hallways and smelled a bit mildewy (11th). Barely interacted with staff but nothing exceptional or even boardline. Would not return. Much better options for similar price and better location nearby.. we also had rooms at Soffitel on 15th. Much better option imo only.
