The staff were very kind, well mannered, and welcoming. They made sure we had everything we needed. The room was very nice and clean. I give this hotel a 10/10 and would definitely recommend. When I come back to the area I will definitely be staying at this hotel again.

Only thing we could not get regulated was the a/c. The vent blew down right on the bed so it felt like we were freezing if the air was up or down. But still love the place. It was our second time staying for a concert at stadium and will stay there next time too.

I travel to the DMV often. Generally, when i book my stays, I try to stay at a Bon Voy property. Somehow this go around I was directed to the Thompson and what a stay it was. Nice, clean and comfortable. The staff is stellar!

Had a lovely stay at the Thompson Washington DC Hyatt. All the staff were friendly and attentive and always happy to help. Had breakfast here most days and bar food one evening. All delicious. This is a fabulous hotel and I would highly recommend it.
