This place was perfect for our trip with me and my 10 year old son. It was close enough to groceries and main roads, but also away enough to be nice and peaceful. It was a great location for doing the glacier tour, fishing charter, and heading to Denali for a night. Was perfect for our trip!

September stay

What a charming cabin! It was very welcoming. I greatly appreciated the instructions that were texted to us, and that were left in the cabin. That was very helpful. We had a very relaxing stay and a lot of fun. It was great to have the games and the DVDs there; our grandchildren spent a couple of nights with us, as well, because it was such a nice place. That was who we were visiting in Alaska, family. And, the cabin is so nice, that my daughter, who lives in Alaska, said she and her husband may rent the cabin for a mini vacation!
