There is many things to do, we have tug Boat Rally's with fire work shows in the town only a walk away, we have the Beautiful Erie canal right next to us with beautiful bike trails!
Waterford has some old school in town Dinners's
We are located right in the center of so many locations!
R.P.I is only 15 mins from here
Russel sage is 20 mins!
Hudson Valley is 25 mins!
All Hospitals are 10 to 25 mins away for the nurses!

We have a Beautiful Green house 3 stories high, we have a beautiful front porch that can be used all year, my by back yard has a seating area that is used during the warm seasons , Has parking for you and 1 other car only!
