The Apple juice for the free breakfast was watered down on both mornings the we ate the complimentary breakfast. You're going to put all of that effort into the breakfast and then wreck it by watering down the Apple juice?

Room was very clean (and I'm a stickler for clean). The evening staff member was wonderful! Breakfast was better than the usual breakfast fare. Fresh fruit, normal hot foods, yogurt, PB, decaffeinated tea, etc. We've stayed here before and will do so again. No complaints by me.

Fourth time staying here. We come to Waterloo every year for the Iowa Irish Fest, and even though they are busy, they're always kind and helpful, and the rooms are clean and comfortable

Breakfast was great and staff were friendly. Room was a little dirty. For example some one spilled a pink drink in the fridge and it wasn’t cleaned up when we checked in. Overall the hotel is dated.

The hotel is older, and has been updated but it shows wear. The beds were comfy, the staff super friendly and helpful but it's a weird area and not the nicest setting.
