OLD BUILDING , NOT FRIENDLY STAFF , HORRIBLE BREAKFAST , THIS WAS A BAAAAD EXPERIENCE /THERE WAS FEW HOMELESS PEOPLE SITTING AT THE ENTRANCE OF THE HOTEL ??

The room I was supposed to have wasn't available, no wi-fi, no continental breakfast, no ice in the whole building, no parking, no exhaust fan in the bathroom, next door neighbors were smoking pot and it came through the vent connecting the two bathrooms, only 1 electrical outlet which was in the bathroom, burn holes in the blankets, only 1 working elevator( hard to get checked out with everyone using it), stains on the ceiling, floor and chair, broken heater unit cover(had been replaced with a sharp bent up piece of tin), no regular sized towels AND a friend also staying there found a mouse in the bathroom! NOt happy!!!

The property needs a serious upgrade. There was a bad celling leak in the hallway, and the staff used a bucket/waste basket to catch water. And when the water was full in the bucket, it overflew unto the carpet. The water was super rusty and dirty. The elevator was really old and the door had a hard time closing.

Dirty and doesn't cater to customer

Cons: dirty, not customer focused

Dirty floors (cigarette butt, trash). neither keycard worked so had to go all the way back downstairs after 11:00 pm to get new cards. Family of 4 reserved king suite with sofabed. No linens for sofa bed. Had to call downstairs. Brought 1 sheet, 2 pillows and skimpy blanket. Had to send back down for 2nd sheet. Only 2 towels/washcloths. Had to send back down for 2 more sets. In the morning, complained of dirtiness and frustration with having booked the room for 4 people yet they "stocked" it for only two. Was told that their POLICY was to not put extra linens in the room. I told her - she knew that there were 4 people booked for the room. She said they followed POLICY. Obviously, they don't look to see WHO is booking their rooms and consequently, they don't take care of their customers. My POLICY will be to never go to another Quality Inn, if that is their POLICY. What a pain.

Requested a suite with a sofa bed;so my grandaughters had their own space to sleep.Opened the sofa bed...OMG...Soiled linen and blood stains on the mattress.Needless to say we managed with all of us sharing the other beds;but word of advise...Open the sofa bed and look at as soon as you check in;don't wait until you decide to turn in for the night.

Don't do it!

I just stayed in this hotel on August 13th. While the staff was very helpful and friendly, it did not make up for the poor condition of the hotel. The entire hotel had a musty smell to it and all of the carpets were severly stained. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, bathroom was dirty and window looked like it had never been cleaned. I stay in hotels 2 or 3 times per month, and have been doing this for years, and this is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Check out the Ramada Inn wich is right next door. Very nice facility and costs just a few dollars more.

Good Stay for a family overnight

We were travelling through Waterloo and looking for a clean, comfortable place to get a good night's sleep before continuing our journey. While the room was just average, the breakfast the next morning was beyond our expectations. Advertised as a continental breakfast, it was much more. For this reason, we would definitely stay again!
