Charming, updated 3-bdrm house w/view of Lake Ontario- Waterport/ Sunset Beach

This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath house is perfect for a relaxing getaway for couples or a family! Sit and relax with your morning coffee on the front porch with beautiful views of Lake Ontario. Multiple rooms in the home feature the same view and a two minute walk leads you to Sunset Beach neighborhood park with lake access! And it is just a 10 minute walk to Oak Orchard River and great fishing. There are several boat launches in the area. This house is pet-friendly! The first floor bedroom contains a king bed, walk-in closet and is across the hall from the first floor bathroom that features a tub and shower. A living room, stocked kitchen and dining area with seating for 6+ are also found on the first floor. A washer/ dryer combo is available for you to use. Upstairs you will find another full bathroom with a walk-in shower and two bedrooms. The first bedroom features a bunk bed with a twin and queen mattresses. The master bedroom features a king bed with gorgeous views of Lake Ontario and a consistent lake breeze filtering throughout the room. There is plenty of space in the backyard for games with a deck, fire pit, grill and fish cleaning station. Parking space for 2 vehicles is available.
