Large Lodge on Oak Orchard River

This rustic 4 BR ,2 Bath house. 2 story house on Oak Orchard River,within walking distance to Riverview marina and camp ground, just a mile from the great fishing spots at the dam and only 3.5 miles from Point Breeze marina. Great for large groups, the 4 bedrooms 1 is full size bed 2 are queen size and the 4th has a double queen size bunk bed sleeps 4, if 2 additional spots needed can use couch not a bed. There is no direct water access from the property.

Loved staying
We had a great time!! Loved where the place is. It is perfect for fishing and hiking which we did. Also a big deal is that it had 2 full bathrooms. It is quaint and cozy. Thank you for having a nice place to stay!!!!

This house was spacious enough for our whole crew. The ages ranged from 2 to 56. Close to salmon fishing and not far from local restaurants.

Comfortable
During our 4 night stay the house was very comfortable and clean enough for 6 salmon/trout fishermen from southeastern PA. The owner was polite and accommodating when I called with a question about check-in. Rental met or exceeded our expectations…Having a dishwasher was a plus!!!

Not all as expected
Could definitely say that the house has not been totally renovated! If you say you can accomadate then there should be enough of plates,wash clothes etc. The stairs were the loudest thing in the house, never saw a emergency kit when my grandaughter fell in the bathtub!! Reached out to owner and couldn’t reach her. Very bad internet. Stated there was access to the water but there wasn’t. The table has the most unstable chairs ever, I almost felt off a chair. Definitely not worth the money we spent!!!

Great Location
The home greeted us with terrible outdoor upkeep . Entry was confusing and difficult to understand. Home layout was perfect for our group .. The home was obviously partially improved nicely but the lack of finishing off each improvement was distracting. No cable TV. Loved the location. Wish the bushes were trimmed to give us view of the river.
