The room was dirty, gravel in the bed, grass clippings on the floor, the bath tub was plugged and there were no Kleenex in the room. We let the staff know the next morning about everything and only received an apology. Had to stay another night because of weather and did not even receive a discount! Very disappointed

My apologizes for the things you say were wrong. I really do question the grass clippings though, as we are snow covered here in Watertown SD. Wished you had said something at check in so we could have moved you. It is hard to fix something if it is not brought to our attention.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Bree rechecked our room to make sure there was no feather/down bedding due to an allergy and was professional and courteous. Room was very comfortable, great bed to sleep on and room and halls were clean! Breakfast was good and upon check in, they had fresh warm cookies just out of the oven. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Watertown, SD Quality Inn & Suites!

The room was really nice, actually nicer then I expected! We had everything we needed and when we got into our room they even called to make sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again! And breakfast was great!

Nice hotel

It's a really nice hotel for the price the only thing I would change is the time for the breakfast it ends at 9 am I think it should go a little longer
