**Property is on the market for sale.  Reservations will be honored 30 days before arrival.  If property is sold and closes before 30 days, and if the new Owners are not renting, we will make every effort to find a different property or be given a full refund.  Realtor will make every effort to show property in between rentals.  If unable to, will have 24 hour notice before showings.**

Dogs allowed with owner's approval and an additional fee.  No cats.
