Our property features a fully equipped shared kitchen where you can prepare meals at your convenience, saving you the cost of eating out. The large conservatory living area and a pleasant garden provide perfect spaces to unwind after a busy day of work or sightseeing.

Self-Service Check-In & Key Access

Greenway Retreat operates a secure, self-service check-in system for your convenience. Before arrival, we will verify your ID and provide you with a code to access a secure key locker located at the property. You will have complete flexibility to check-in from 3:00 PM onwards. We pride ourselves on a smooth, contactless experience, ensuring you can settle in with ease.

Expectations on Cleanliness

We are committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the property. Our housekeeping team follows a strict cleaning protocol to ensure every room and communal area is fresh and ready for your arrival. While we have zero-tolerance for hygiene issues, we encourage guests to read our property description and facility list carefully to ensure our self-catering, shared-space setup aligns with your expectations.

Greenway Retreat is situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac, just a short stroll from the green spaces of Cassiobury Park, Watford Metropolitan Station (10 mins), and Watford Junction for direct trains to London Euston. It is also exceptionally convenient for Warner Bros. Studios, making it an ideal base for film crews. We are continuously upgrading our facilities to enhance your stay, including installing Smart TVs in many rooms.

Please note that Greenway Retreat is a three-storey property with no lift. Guests with mobility needs should be aware that while a ground floor toilet is available, shower facilities are located on the upper floors which are accessible only via stairs.
