We got a free upgrade as I was an Expedia VIP. Nice large room with hot tub. Breakfast was good but was supposed to be open at 7am but didn't open until 9am. Also, instead of free breakfast it was a $15 credit. But it was nice to order from the menu and food was excellent.

We stay here about six times a year, we really like the hotel, the staff, the breakfast is very good (only if included with your room, definitely not worth $12 if you have to pay). The furnishings really need to be replaced, they are dated and show wear. The biggest gripe is there are no USB ports in the rooms! We’ve stayed in 12 different hotels this year, this is the only one without USB ports!

Rooms are nice, clean, and quiet. Navigating the hotel is challenging if you've never been. Excellent downtown location with lots of eateries, cultural spots, and shops close by.
