Have stayed here many times and have enjoyed our stay each time. I know it’s winter but the parking lot was virtually unplowed and parking proved difficult because cars were parked in strange angles so navigating the lot was challenging

Wavy wall paper in the bathroom. No hot water on a saturday evening. Front desk employees were rude, would answer the phone and then hang up with out a goodbye or anything. Not even asking if there was anything else that i would need. I will NOT be staying here again.
