Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished,3 bedroom/ 1bath/ Washer/dryer , and cable TV and WIFI included.
Wausau has one of the best Ski Hills in WI. with 75+ runs, Also a awesome tube Hill at Sullivan Hill. A wonderful cross country Ski area at 9 Mile Rec. Center with mountain bike trails. We also have some of the best snowmobile trails anywhere.
Wausau is a GREAT place anytime of the year. We have great shopping in Downtown Wausau, by the famous Grand Theater with New shows all the time. The 400 block has something going on all summer and winter. Concert's on the Square Wednesdays June -Aug .
Wausau has lots of parks , boat landings, public swimming parks, fishing spots, museums, and hiking on Rib. Mt. is fantastic. A big draw is the balloon and Rib Fest in July and the Chalk Fest, Check it all out .
The house is located 1 block from the Rothschild Park, 3 miles from downtown Wausau and Granit Peak/Rib.MT.
David and Sara the owners of this rental are right next door, so if you need anything we are a few steps or a phone call away. It has a large back yard with a nice patio fire pit Charcoal grill and picnic table and lawn furniture.
A picnic and s'more's over the fire, a great way to end the day.
The main/master bedroom has a nice soft Queen-sized bed, while the 2 remaining bed rooms are furnished with a soft double sized bed , and a set of twin beds, w/ a sofa sleeper in the living room. (NOTE:All 3 bedrooms are located on second floor with 1 bathroom located on 1st floor) Comfortable for sleeping 8 people.
The living room is furnished with everything. (dvd with movies)
The kitchen is perfect as it is equipped with everything , .
Guests can enjoy an afternoon of fun and board games, cards and relaxing ,. and later watch the sunset
Spend the day away, enjoying nearby attractions. Grocery stores right down the street with Target and Wal-Mart close also.

Family ski vacation
Property is very clean and well equipped with everything my son, two daughters with significant others and my wife needed for a comfortable weekend of skiing. The cozy house is located 10 minutes away from the ski hill and offered us a place to make a dinner, have a few cocktails and gather as a family after returning from the sloaps. Check in, check out could not be easier and the hosts provided a direct number to reach them for anything we may be needing.

Wonderful home away from home
Dave and Sara have made such a cozy and comfortable home away from home. The house is so well stocked and is packed with nostalgic charm. Dave helped jumped our (frozen) car and we were also grateful for the late check out so we could ski another day and come back to change and pack up. Definitely enjoyed our stay! Next time hopefully without the record low temps!
