This is a very underrated property! It is sensational! We loved the room, the continental breakfast was excellent, and, the helpfulness of PK (front desk clerk / manager) was amazing. We felt valued and appreciated. We would definitely stay here again and can’t say enough good things about this gentleman and the hotel itself. Thank you for a great stay!

Clean, big, comfortable room! Only issue was that the hot tub was either not working properly, hadn't been used in awhile, or it just wasn't very clean so we will avoid that if we stay again. Loved everything else about the place and the staff was excellent and very friendly!!

Annoying problems, but nothing terrible.

The ice machine wasn't working when I got there, but it was quickly fixed. The refrigerator in my room (104) was not working well. Then apparently some ice fell off and melted on the floor and it seemed to work better after that. I called the front desk when I used the pool and discovered there was no dry towel for me to use and let them know towels were needed at the pool. Several hours later I checked and there still were not dry towels to use. Perhaps they were keeping towels back for the community pool exercise the next morning whic had a lot of participants.

Older but very clean hotel. Even the pool area was clean. The pool water was a comfortable temperature but the hot tub could have been a little warmer. Breakfast in the morning had a good selection. The staff were very kind. I would definitely stay here again.

Very pleasant stay

The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The pool was clean and warm. Simple breakfast was very enjoyable and convenient. We stay here every time we head up to Wautoma to visit family and we never once had an unpleasant experience. The owners are very friendly and accommodating and work hard to make guests comfortable and happy. We’ll be back!
