This was the worst place I never stayed. The reception area was in disrepair and smelled bad. We were told that our Expedia reservation wasn’t any good, and they would not honor it. Never again will I try to stay at the Watama Inn.

Arrived at 5pm to be told there were no vacancies even though I had the reservation for over 2 months. Had to scramble to find another hotel. Staff was very rude. Waiting to see if I have to fight for a full refund on a room I never saw!!

Biggest let down was the pool wasn't usable . Hotel advertises a pool should be able to use it. Staff was nice and did the best she could with the resources she received. No more continental breakfast. Hotel could use updates and some repairs the only reason I gave 3 stars is because of the manager

Staff did not even go look at a computer but immediately shouted they were already full and no rooms were available. We had a written copy of our reservation that meant nothing to her. She blamed it on Expedia overbooking the motel and also said there would be 15 more people coming after us that would not have a room. Something fishy is going on with this manager. I would recommend no one do business with this motel.

Hotel was overbooked and didnt have our rooms we reserved. There was no person working there. We had to call someone on the phone at the front desk. The person we spoke to didnt offer any help or show any empathy on the situation. Overall terrible experience.

Had a reservation. When we tried to check in, we waited 35 minutes to talk to someone who informed us that they were no vacancies. We were told we would need to contact the OYO booking agency right away for a refund. Spent 45 minutes jumping through hoops to be told the customer number I had wasn't the correct number, and there was nothing that could be done, unless I jumped through more hoops. Total scam. Impossible to get refund.

Room smells like cat urine, no microwave no refrigerator , hotel does not have breakfast or even a ice machine. Customers outside cutting hair like a walk up barbershop. Only has 1 staff member if you ask for a refund good luck getting your money. You'll have to call your bank and tell them it's fraud what the hotel is doing there booking all there rooms to the migrants working the farms so they really only have maybe 4 rooms available dont waste your time or money. Pool hasn't worked in yrs the owner is never around and told me I was told my room has no TV microwave or refrigerator got upset with me when I asked for some kind of comp for all the inconvenience. This was the worst experience at a hotel I've ever experienced.
