Room was dirty, stains everywhere, old food with bugs in microwave, mini fridge had a exploded beverage in it with a mess, hair in bathroom vanity, stains on bed that appeared to be blood, lots of suspicious activity in rear by doors. I ask for another room and was denied, i asked for a refund and was denied, ill never go back.

Shower fan right above tub started dripping from people above us when they were running their shower. One of the light switches worked intermittently. Front desk staff was hard to get a hold of, they had a phone on desk to "dial 0" for service, we did and either it took them forever or not at all. Two of the coffee creamers were hard, looked more like putty. Air conditioner would run for one minute, turn off for two minutes, turn on for one minute, & this would repeat the whole time, it would not run consistently. Screen on window was bent & full of cobwebs.

Bath tube switch does not allow water to only run through the shower in room 108. Both shower and tub water run water though cause tube to over fill while taking a shower. Repair needs to be made in room 108 shower.

Room smelled musty. Air conditioning worked kind of, but not well and ran continuously. There was no continental breakfast, coffee, or working pool.

Traveler beware!

Upon arriving at the Wautoma Inn by OYO Near Airport WI 73, I was told they were fully booked and had no rooms available, even though I had a confirmed reservation. The man at the front desk blamed it on the 3rd booking party Hotels.com/ Expedia. So to be turned away with no resolution from the hotel I had to find another hotel to stay at for the evening. Upon returning from this trip and checking my credit card, I find not only did the Wautoma Inn hotel charge me, but also Expedia for a "no-show". (Charged twice for a hotel that I couldn't stay in.) I called the hotel at the number on my reservation and it was a phone number not in use. I found another number and was connected to a virtual assistant that said they were connecting me to the customer service, to which they disconnected the call 3 times. I also called Expedia and was told they tried calling the hotel and they were not available and would keep trying. Do not book at this hotel! They did not honor my reservation (no rooms available/ sold out) and they charged me anyway. Traveler beware!

Horrible Manager

When we got there, the manager said he has no rooms for us, that he never received the reservation from hotels.com. We paid for 1 of the 2 rooms in advance and were to pay the 2nd room on arrival. No reservation, but somehow he managed to charge us for the 2nd room as a no-show. When asked about refunding our money he said he can't help us with that. So I am dealing with it through our credit card. How awful this was for a holiday weekend.

Just okay

The continental breakfast and pool were closed for “maintenance issues.” The AC in our room defiantly didn’t work to its fullest potential. Other than that, everything was fine. It was very affordable and the desk employee was very friendly.
