This beautifully renovated one-bedroom loft is located in the heart of downtown Waverly. With its exposed brick walls, beautiful metal ceiling, and riverviews, this loft is the perfect mix of old and new. The master suite features a king-size bed, and en suite bathroom. The additional bathroom is perfect for those who need a little extra space. The loft is located just steps from restaurants and shops King sized bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the main area, it is two flights of stairs up!

Welcome to your new home away from home! This one-bedroom, two-bathroom loft is located in the heart of downtown Waverly, Iowa. It's the perfect place to stay for a weekend getaway or a longer vacation. You'll find a king bed in the master suite and a sleeper sofa in the main area offers a full size bed.

This Penthouse has been beautifully renovated, but it still retains the charm of a 100-year-old building. The exposed brick walls are a beautiful contrast to the modern amenities. And the old advertisements painted on the walls add a touch of nostalgia.

The Penthouse is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax and unwind. With and open floor plan and 14' ceilings the Penthouse feels larger than life. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a delicious meal.

The Penthouse also has two private balconies with stunning views of the Cedar River. You can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning, watch the sunset in the evening, or simply relax and enjoy the water rushing over the dam.

The Penthouse is located in a great location, just steps from all the best that Waverly has to offer. You can explore the charming shops and boutiques on Bremer Ave, grab a bite to eat at one of the many restaurants, or take a walk along the river.

This Penthouse is the perfect place to stay for a weekend getaway or a longer vacation. It's the perfect blend of modern comfort and historic charm

Guests will get full access to the entire penthouse, with the exception of a closet used for storage.

It is two flights of stairs to access the penthouse. The additional bed is a pull out bed that is full sized.

From the ease of checking in to the ease of checking out everything was great! The penthouse is gorgeous, immaculate, and so well equipped. The location is great for walking to restaurants, shops, and more. The river views can't be beat. Waverly is a sweet town! We were in town from Virginia for a wedding and the penthouse we were so glad we chose the Penthouse! Excellent!

Home base for family get together was perfect -everyone loved the space. Well appointed with comfortable be; kitchen perfect for cooks. Lovely Lounging in living space. Stairs are many but rewards at the top. entryway well designed for security. Views of the river fantastic. The bridge construction reduced traffic and noise :-)

A Marvelous Adventure

Wow!! What a wonderful stay at this magnificent loft apartment, where modern, rustic, and electic meets. It is truly a "show home" that has a very comfy feel to it that makes it a home away from home. I would highly recommend this property for a very comfortable stay in Waverly.
