Watermen's Cabana 1B is a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment.

Cabana 1B features one king bed and two twins and a full kitchen. The living room features leather furniture, a smart TV and cable. The full bath has a bathtub shower combo. The dining area features a table with seating for four. The living area provides access to a deck with seating for two and a shared charcoal grill.
Watermen's Cabanas are just a short walk to REAL Watersports, Watermen's Bar and Grill or the beach with access to miles of wide-open, beautiful beaches. Cabana 1B is dog friendly (2 max) with a signed pet waiver and payment of the $175 pet fee.

Guests of Watermen's Cabanas get kite launching and landing access at REAL Watersports and 10% off at the REAL Watersports Rental Shop.

Additional amenities include Wi-Fi internet access, a private outdoor shower, an in-property washer and dryer and base level secure gear storage. All Watermen's Retreat properties include bed linens, made beds upon arrival, bathroom towels, drip style coffee maker, coffee filters, salt & pepper, dishwasher soap tabs, dish soap, sponge and kitchen towels.

Solid apartment

This property is very clean. A couple of things you should know: bring beach towels. You will need to drive to a beach location. For my husband and me, the king bed was a little soft. The queen bed was great. Everything is there for you to cook your own meals. We liked the location.

Wonderful customer service!

I’m short, we had an ant problem. They immediately attempted to resolve problem. When the issue was still occurring the following day they moved us to a new room (upgraded) and let us stay an additional day. We were very pleased with our visit for many other reasons as well.

We were overall very happy with our stay but it started off a little rocky with the check-in..... We had been given detailed instructions on how to check in after the check-in hours from 5-6p. We had even received a phone call and text from Brandon that morning. We arrived at the property at 9:30pm, well after the check-in hours, and there was someone already in our assigned cabana. We tried calling the main contact number on our reservation but it was the office number and no one was there. Luckily, the person in our assigned cabana was nice enough to look at their previous reservation emails and realized they had been put in our cabana and they gave us the door code to get into their originally assigned cabana. After 9 hours in the car, this was not an ideal way to kick off our vacation. The next morning, Brandon had gotten our voicemail messages and reached out to us. He came over immediately and changed the door code for us and told us the mix-up in cabanas was due to a new employee. So after we got that squared away, we loved our stay! The cabana was clean and neat. We loved the convenient and shaded parking spot beneath the cabana and the outdoor shower. We didn't use the equipment storage area but would next time if we brought our bikes. The beach is beautiful but requires a bit of a walk zig-zagging through the neighborhood. If you bring a lot of stuff to the beach you'll want to drive and park closer or bring a beach wagon to haul everything. If you're a beach minimalist, you'll have no problem :) Overall, we would definitely come back to this property and would recommend it to others!

Clean, comfortable with everything you need!

This was a great, pet friendly property! It was well equipped with everything you need including full sized washer and dryer. It’s a bit of a hike to the beach but not far if you’re not carrying a lot of stuff. The beds are super comfortable and there’s even an outdoor shower. We will definitely stay here again!
