One of my few layovers during my travels. During my checkin at night the front desk employee Rick, was very helpful and very nice with a great upbeat attitude. My room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, the breakfest was awesome. During my check out, the front desk employee Amber was super awesome and very nice as well. I will definitely make this hotel one of my stops on my way back from my trip.

Housekeeping knocked and woke us up at 8 am even though we had the sleeping tag on the door. Also, the elevator button on the 3rd floor to go down was broken, so we had to use the stairs.

Good but smelled cigarette smoke overnight

Great checkin and breakfast was good. Employees friendly and welcoming. Rated 4 stars due to smelling cigarette smoke before we went to bed. We confirmed with the front desk in the morning if the hotel was in fact smoke free and they said yes. We let them know what we smelled. They mentioned they knew what we were talking about as customers have mentioned it previously. They said it was probably coming through the vents and they haven't been able to prove it but with us saying something might have been what they needed as to who it was coming from...Also, we heard many doors slamming over night. We would stay again in the future but request 2nd or 3rd floor.
