St Johns Riverfront Updated Spacious Home

Summary:
St Johns River frontage at its finest. Beautiful sunsets. Fishing right off the dock. Bring your boat and leave it in the water or park in the spacious driveway. Three bedrooms and two full baths. Kitchen with large island for eating and entertaining. Screened in back porch to enjoy our morning coffee.

Other Things to Note:
Please note the dock is available for use however the covered spot is not available at this time. You are welcome to tie up to the dock.

Asked questions about boat parking when we booked in Feb. Never heard back. When we got there we werent able to back truck and trailer in due to a boat being under the carport (not in parking photo) we had to leave truck and trailer at the boat ramp. When we got in the house we found lots of dead palmetto bugs. Sheets were clean. Beds were alright they all sank to the center. Kitchen an dishes were all clean. Took the time to find the book of check process. Finally found it. Check out should be later if you want us to do a load of laundry. Luckily we had to option to just start the towels.

Quite until someone showed up early and cut the grass.The mailbox nor the front of the garage had the house number so had to contact Heather to make sure we were at right location.

River front property with private dock

The stay at the St. John Riverfront spacious home was wonderful. Each day, we began by drinking coffee in the screened porch overlooking the St. John's River. Peaceful, relaxing, waterfront with breathtaking sunsets over the water. The six adults in our family enjoyed the large central area of the home, where in the evening we made puzzles and even watched the Daytona 500. Plenty of restaurants close by and a fully supplied kitchen. We only had to add the food we wanted to prepare. Just the location we wanted and more. The neighbors are great too. Be sure to look at this one if you are interested in a Vrbo selection!

Welaka Summer Trip

This is our second time staying at this house and once again the house and dock was great. Great location on the water and enough room for 2/3 boats to tie off to the dock. It is also nice the house has a grill to use. Looking forward to booking once again next year we all enjoy this house and our summer trip to Welaka.

Perfect Spot on the St John’s River!

Great property on the river with a boat dock and awesome views of the sunset. The house was clean with a well stocked kitchen for cooking/grilling. Highly recommend!
