Spend the day under the sun at famous LeCount Hollow Beach, cruise the bike trail, take in a fantastic show at Wellfleet Harbor Actors Theater, day trip to Provincetown for a Whale Watch or shopping, enjoy a cocktail amongst the vines at Truro Vineyards...all this and more with this cute cottage as homebase. Kids can take over the loft/game room area while adults relax and unwind in the more formal sitting area. There’s plenty of separate areas in this spacious and very clean home for everyone to get some privacy on their vacation! Other amenities include A/C units, free sheets and towels (a unique feature on the Cape), and WiFi. This home will be undergoing renovations for the 2023 season, including updating the kitchen, two bathrooms, flooring, and bedding!

Great property, very quiet
The house had nearly everything we needed. It’s a very interesting house with all the different spaces and art work. The area was very quiet but still close to Route 6. I had an issue using my online vacation portal, but as soon as I contacted Del Mar, the issue was resolved. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 in the accuracy of description was there was no single bed which was part of the description and I had counted on that bed. We were able to make adjustments, but the bed would have come in handy. Overall a great place to stay.

This is a huge gorgeous house with just the right amount of privacy for a large family on vacation! Lots of different spaces to spread out especially with wide age range. Well maintained!

Stayed here with a group of friends and it was amazing. The rocking chairs were so nice to drink coffee on in the morning and the yard was hugeeee. Loved our stay. Del Mar was easy to communicate with! Can’t complain at all…highly recommend renting with them!

Lovely week getaway/reunion
An ideally located and charming home with lots of personality. It provided multiple gathering spaces as well as spaces of privacy. The art (and its history as an artist’s studio) throughout the home is a plus.

Great location, great artwork, a bit dated
The property is well located by Indian Neck. We were able to walk on the trail next to the house and the marshes with the dogs. We even figured out how to walk to Uncle Tim's Bridge from the house. It seems like talented artists used to own the house and their art was everywhere which gives it a nice feel. The house is definitely dated but maybe that's what you get when you allow dogs? Bathrooms feel it the most. Also -in a 2021 mindset - almost no surfaces to work at. One small dining table and one table with bar stools so not the easiest to have multiple people working at the same time. We were able to use the studio side to have a private Zoom call which was nice. What's hard to see in the pictures are that two bedrooms are in the basement with a single bed in an alcove nearby. One ensuite bathroom and a full bath. The 3rd bedroom with a queen is between the kitchen and the living room. Zero privacy and you hear the coffee starting in the morning. The early risers or the late night people hung out in the studio because no one was sleeping there for most of the time we were there. If that wasn't the case - it would have been very different. We would recommend it overall. And we really loved sitting on the porch looking out towards the woods next door. You can see other houses around in some directions but it feels more isolated than many places which is, after all, why you go to Wellfleet.

Extremely clean. Outdated. Misleading/confusing description of A/C availability in house. There are window A/C units in all bedrooms. Some work, others do not. NO air flow whatsoever in main living areas. No A/C or even window fans. With sky lights on sunny days, room temperature gets unbearable
