The staff are lovely and very accommodating and the bar area and breakfast was great, but the rooms are very small and a bit shabby. If you are going to paint everything black and dark colours, staff should realise that every speck of dust is going to show up. I stayed on my own for two nights in a room with a queen bed and it was suffocatingly small, so I had to share the bed with my bag. There was a tiny shower with a tatty shower curtain that stuck to me while I was trying to have a shower - not what I expected for the money I paid. Moved to a twin room when my daughter arrived which was marginally better.

I’ve stayed at Naumi many times because of its location, easy proximity to great restaurants, nightlife etc Rooms are compact but always well presented & the inspiring decor is another bonus Staff are friendly & helpful & the new self-check in kiosk lets you choose from available rooms… Dunlop Tce side is quieter than Cuba St

Good location

Really lazy room cleaning staff, rude, ill-mannered, no sense of duty, typical Kiwi attitude. Small rather tiny room, very basic, not recommended for long stays or with family. No fresh air circulation. TV positioned so awkwardly that you can't watch it properly. Only location was good.

This hotel is gorgeous from the second you walk in. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, parking was secure and easy to navigate. We got a basic queen room and it was very cosy (small) so not ideal for more than one night. Room was beautifully decorated and the bed was super comfy. Breakfast was continental but nice.

Great

The lobby (including cocktail bar) and style of the hotel is amazing. The room was better than expected, considering some reviews. It wasn’t amazing but it was clean, comfortable, good bathroom. Although, if you have trouble sleeping with noise don’t book a hotel on Cuba street - this wasn’t the quietest.
