Definitively...this is not a place to stay!!!
We booked two nights.When we arrived we saw that this is more a motel that a hotel! You are so close from the road and without double glazing, you hear everything (road, people talking, parking or leaving...)They put a smoking area in the back of the hotel, so you hear people smoking, talking. Inside the room itâs dark, you need to open the light permanently.In the morning we were awake by peolpe leaving with their car at 6am the noise was very strong.This was already annoying but then painter workers came just in front of our room to do some work at 7:45am and they were laughing, smoking, and were doing some works noises.We ask them to be quite but they kept making noise putting on music and singing! Even with the TV on we still hear them! We wondered if they were not doing it on purpose! RĂ©ception told us that it was completly normal to have some work done at 8am! We asked for another room more quite and without works, they proposed us another room which was of a lower range than what we had paid for. They told us that if we wanted less noise from the 6 peoples working we should ask them directly! This is unbelievable and unacceptable!Then they told us that if we were not happy with that we could leave before 10am, without refund.They were very agressive with my husband it made us very uncomfortable and scared so we left.You cannot expect that from a hotel, even more when itâs by Heritage!And thatâs not all,hair dryer doesnât work, flyes in room, mold on the shower, no AC..
