Modern four level townhouse with comfortable beds, good showers, convenient to Cuba St and shopping / restaurants. The upper level balcony was fabulous on a sunny Welly afternoon with a glass of wine and a platter!The only thing to be aware of is the paid carparking is expensive, even over the weekend (Friday 5pm to Sunday 9am 85).
Excellent central city apartment. Appreciated the high quality furnishings and chattels. Also loved that there were many coffee-making devices on offer, which is often a sticking point.Sound isolation from wind, street noise, and house noise was not very good for the top floor bedroom.
