When we arrived, we never received our code to enter the property. Did not know there was not an on-site office nor someone to actually speak to. Everything is done either by email, text, or phone (which the appropriate information was hard to find). When entering the room, it smelled horrible. Come to find out the pipe under the kitchen sink was broken and a pool of disgusting old water was just sitting there stagnant. The fridge was never cold enough to keep a gallon of milk cold. Condensation filled the back wall of the fridge. The maintenance man did show up to look at the kitchen sink but it wouldn’t be fixed until after we left (by the time we left Tuesday morning, it still was leaking). The AC did not work properly and only 1 fan was provided. The pullout sofa was the worse that I have ever slept on. The mattress was so thin, we had to pile blankets on it in order to try and not feel the bars across your whole body when laying down. The most uncomfortable feeling ever. The outside of the room was nice. It was quiet and the pool was very nice. The dumpster to throw trash away is not that far from the room, but you still need to walk across the property to get to it. There is a place to bbq and at least 3 picnic tables to enjoy lunch on a nice day. We had plenty of towels and blankets. The kitchenette was fully stocked. Overall I give my experience a 4/10.
