Ocean Front! On the sand!! Stunning 5 BR house on Atlantic Ave, Wells Beach!!!


This beautiful 5 bedroom, 3 .5 bathroom, newly furnished beach house sits right on the sand and sleeps 10. This is a very spacious 3000 sq ft home with lots of privacy and yet cozy and excellent common space for friends and family to enjoy a well deserved holiday.

Gorgeous fully equipped functioning kitchen allows for families to cook while enjoying the beach.

Two full size bedrooms are located on the 1st floor with 1.5 bathrooms.

The second floor has the master bedroom with a newly remodeled private bath.

This house also has a unique separate loft area with a king size bed on the 3rd floor and 2 twin beds on the second floor also equipped with a full bath to provide a family with small kids privacy and yet comfort that the kids are near by.

Private parking the can accommodate 4 to 5 cars. Private access to the beach however the access is shared with the cottage directly behind this home .

Views and sounds of the ocean from every inch of the house.

Sit out on the deck as you grill and enjoy the endless ocean!

House has heating and can be booked all year long. Beach is excellent for surfers especially during storms. Nothing is more spectacular than watching the waves during a storm.


This is the front house on an ocean front lot. Both homes are owned by the same family and is also available for rent, reference VRBO #1645681.

Fully house trained pets could be considered off season for an additional cleaning rate. Please inquire if interested.

The house was amazing and directly on the beach! It was beautiful to watch the sunrise each morning along with enjoying coffee or a cocktail on the deck. The kitchen was fully equipped for me to make our family meals each day. Plenty of space and very comfortable. My elderly parents have always wanted to stay beachfront so I was happy to make this happen and spend the time with them making memories.

House on the beach

The pictures on the site do not do the house justice. Many times a host will angle the camera to make the house appear larger than it actually is. Not here. The house was much larger than expected. There were 8 of us. Five adults and 3 tween boys, plenty of room. The back deck is huge with a great view of the ocean. We were able to watch the sunrise from the deck. How lucky were we to see a full Strawberry moon each night rising up over the ocean. Low tide put the ocean about 500 feet from our deck and high tide out it about 50. The parking was a little tight with the group staying at the second house at the property asking to share since they had more cars than their lot allowed. It wasn’t a problem as they didn’t block us in. We had two large SUVs and a midsize car. They had room to park a mini Cooper behind their staircase. We did have to juggle our cars but it was not an issue. Only mentioning in case someone comes with 3 large vehicles. The house gave more of a lived in look than some of the other houses I have rented. Nothing was broken or dirty, just commenting as it isn’t like some of the more modern houses. Our host was extremely responsive with all communication. The house is just a short drive to many of the other beach towns in Southern Maine. The upstairs loft was very warm while we were there even with the AC running. It wasn’t until we were leaving that we realize one of the heaters was still running, after we thought we turned them all down. Would stay again!

Despite the web site very well describe the property
 staying 4 days last weekend, Colombus Day has been a lot more enjoyable than we tought. That Villa has been recently renovated and that make it, with his site right front of the see
 absolutely WOW! 3 of the 4 bathrooms are really a pleasure especially the one inside the main bed room upstair. All parts of the home have direct view on the beach, except one bedroom out of 4. The bedroom upstairs containing 2 beds and a brand new bathroom have in mezzanine, another room with a king bed with full view of sea
 and Superb Sun Rise. The owner, Sophia, has been really attentive to all needs we had, given that stay a 10 stars! A stay that we will repeat for sure!

Family Beach Week

Gathering with our adult children and only one grandchild. Overall rating 4.5 . Loved the beach access just steps away. Plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable and have a quiet space if they desired. Grocery store very close which was appreciated. Parking for at least 5 cars came in handy. Disappointed with grill status. Two were available but neither one was clean or fully functional. We were able to make do.

Comfort and Convenience

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this home. We rented both the front and the back houses as we were a group of 6 couples and 3 kids ranging from 13-6 years old. The beach access was definitely the appeal of the house, we were able to spend quality time together both in the house and on the sand without making a huge production of traveling to the beach everyday. Sophia was responsive to all of our questions and concerns and we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot for family vacation

We loved our stay here and look forward to coming back next year! Had any necessary amenities and then some. Plenty of bright, large, open rooms for large family! Owner responds quickly and effectively to any questions or concerns. Amazing location right on the beach. Can’t beat the convenience, especially with young children (or even our 93 year ok grandmother who came as well!)
