Charm meets convenience in our delightful Updated 4 bedroom/2.5 bath beach house. Step into a world of warmth and comfort as you enter the open concept living space, perfect for creating lasting memories with the kids and loved one. We purchased this home in 2024 for it's spectacular direct beachfront access and incredible unobstructed 180 degree ocean views. Our home features door to beach access. The house has been thoughfully updated with 4 spacious bedrooms, 2.5 modern bathrooms and a newly renovated kitchen designed for culinary enthusiasts. The new wrap-around deck is an entertainers dream, offering the perfect backdrop for gatherings with the symphony of waves. All the conceivable amenities of the perfect beach house come with this home. A bathroom on all three floors makes the living experience as convenient as it gets. Want to get away from the sun for a bit? Simply head into the spacious living room and enjoy the ocean views from 5 huge beach facing windows. If you want a lot of sun, choose from setting up your beach chair on beautiful Wells Beach or on our homes private front yard beach. Getting up in the morning in the 2nd floor master bedroom is a treat. Open the curtains and the slider to a spacious deck and front row spectacular beach sunrise. Grab a cup of coffee and enjoy your well earned front row beach vacation. Two bedrooms, each with a set of bunkbeds will serve the kids well. The fourth bedroom is on the third floor. This bedroom also has stunning beach views from a majestic arched window with windows that open for cool ocean breezes. Prepare your vacation meals in the newly renovated kitchen with beautiful Quartz countertops and all the most modern kitchen amenities. If you want to leave your vacation with all clean clothes, feel free to use the free commercial grade washer and dryer on the second floor. Our home has parking for two cars. The driveway narrows to 9ft wide coming in and then opens up. We back our minivan in for quick exits to Atlantic Avenue. If your looking for some of the most convenient beach access Wells Beach has to offer, than look no further. We are beachfront and as as convenient as it gets. Outside of beach time, our home offers super close proximity to Wells favorites including: Congdon's Dooughnuts, The Steak House, Billie's Chowder House, Mikes Clam Shack, Hobbs Harborside, Forbes, The kids Arcade and the Maine Diner (All stays contingent on receipt of a signed rental agreement).

What a great beachfront rental! The views from all over the house were amazing and despite the cold of November, we were still able to take long walks on the sand. The house was incredibly comfortable with a totally new and completely equipped kitchen. When we arrived everything was spotless! The furniture was cozy, the mattress in the master bedroom was firm the way we like it and the owners made sure the house had absolutely everything we needed. We will be back!

Great location

The location on the beach was exactly what we wished for. Very clean. Bedrooms and baths were what we needed. Only drawback was parking was difficult. Two cars were being shuffled to get in and out of the tight space.

Right on the beach!

You can't beat the location and the house. Owner is extremely nice and communicates quickly if you have questions. Beach and the town of Wells are amazing if you are looking to decompress and relax. Will definitely book again.

Wells Beach House Was Magical

We brought my in-laws for a stay at this beach house as they don’t feel comfortable traveling on their own anymore. It was just fantastic. Location was perfect for long walks and talks. The house is super clean and the views are wonderful!

A Genuine Beach House

The house was as promised, right on the beach, no house(s) to block the wonderful view of the ocean and sunrise. When travelling with small children (one 5 yrs and the other 18 months) it’s a delight not having to cart all the necessities with you to the beach. The house is fully renovated, well-equipped, the owner was available for questions, and graciously provided a few things we asked for. All in all a memorable trip!

Could not have asked for more!

My husband, our 7 year and old my parents stayed here to celebrate my 50th birthday. Things could not have been better. The house is equipped with everything you need.
