Take in the view of the famous "Wynken, Blynken & Nod" fountain and picturesque, historic downtown  from the front porch of "Fountain View", located in walking distance of all the shops & restaurants of Wellsboro.  This conveniently located 2 bedroom apartment sleeps 4 and features a kitchenette, a cozy living room w/ dinette, 1 bathroom with single person shower stall and a 1/2 bath, washer, dryer and a small office space. Our quaint first bedroom offers 1 king bed, dresser and TV, with the second bedroom offering 1 queen bed.  
The kitchenette is equipped with several options for countertop cooking, a refrigerator, single cup Keurig and dishes, cutlery & cookware. 
No matter what your interests, Wellsboro offers it all- Pennsylvania Grand Canyon,  60+ mile rail trail for riding bikes, walking, cross country skiing, ski slopes, hiking,  hunting/fishing,  and wine tasting. Fountain View is prime location for the PA State Laurel Festival and Dickens of a Christmas event. 

Designated Off-street parking for 1 vehicle.  On-street meter parking in front of rental (download Pango App for easy payment), or free On-street parking one block from rental for additional vehicles.

Surprised disappointment
For three years my wife and I rented the 2nd floor unit and loved it. While we expected a similar experience with the 1st floor unit, especially since we invited friends, we were disappointed. Small bedrooms, no dresser in one and no place for luggage, kitchen had no stove - only countertop cooking with little counter space, no dining space for 4 people, Kuerig but no disposable or refill "cups", ultra-small shower as part of kitchen, DVD player didn't work, litlle "residential" lighting (only glaring overhead lighting), lots of wasted space so felt very small. We won't rent this unit again.

Wellsboro Biking Trip
Great long weekend visit to Wellsboro. The apartment location was perfect and we enjoyed walking about town. Biking on Pine Creek Trail (50 mile day and 30 mile day) was terrific. Apartment was super clean.

Great property great location can walk to all places in wellsboro. Becky Bristo great place to eat. Close to the two state parks to hike the trails on both sides to the PA Grand Canyon. Very peaceful town.

Once again enjoyed Wellsboro and surrounding areas: state parks, Grand Canyon, Cherry Springs dark sky and of course, shopping and dining in Wellsboro. Property is right off the park, a beautiful setting.

Perfect location!
This apartment is the perfect spot for exploring Wellsboro! Even though we were concerned because the apartment has no stove, small cooking appliances are provided so we were able to cook what we needed. The apartment was comfortable, well appointed and super cute! Would stay here again!
