On the first floor, the hallway leads to the enclosed kitchen with a small dining area and the separate living and dining room. The modern, high-end kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, featuring an induction cooktop with an integrated range hood, a microwave with oven function, a wine refrigerator, a Nespresso capsule machine, and a SodaStream water carbonator. A cozy living area with an unobstructed view of the garden features a sofa and dining area, complete with a fireplace and TV, inviting you to relax.

Sleeping
Two double bedrooms and one bedroom with two single beds (80 cm x 200 cm under the sloped ceiling —steep staircase)—which can also be pushed together in the middle. All bedrooms feature a TV, a hotel safe, blackout curtains for the windows, and storage space in the form of dressers, coat racks, or built-in closets for clothing and personal items. The largest bedroom features a small desk area, which allows for remote work while on vacation, a walk-in closet, and a view of the ocean.
