Centrally located and newly renovated 3 room apartment directly behind the Ev. Hospital WESEL. All new furniture and a new shower room. Washer dryer available. You can wash and dry with just one machine. Senseo and normal coffee maker also available. New beds and mattresses.
Quiet location with everything necessary in the close environment.
The bakery is 3 minutes walk, the supermarket 5 minutes.
The A3 is 6-8 minutes away by car, as is the city center.
By bike you are in 2 minutes on the lip and the Aaper bush.
