"Room service cleaning was lacking. Several items were not replaced. The coffee pots did nor work. They were Hamilton beach. We requested a replacement in one rom with a Keurig that worked. -some trash was not picked up. The hotel was nice well located and very historic. Bathrooms are very small. But in general we like our stay"

"The only shortcoming was the lack of nail clippers in the unexpected needs supplies. The one time I traveled without some in my car or purse, and none available for sale! In other words, my stay was a good experience all things considered. The restaurant and bar staff were friendly and efficient in service. The food and drinks were excellent. I left with good memories of that and the lovely view."

"Staff were very friendly, helpful, polite. The room was very very clean, up to date Breakfast selection both mornings were good with a nice variety. Only two items that came up to speak about. Expedia had us registered for 3 rooms, so that took a while to figure out 2nd item. The one and only elevator for the hotel was out of order the first night and remained that way during our entire stay. Luckily we were only on the 2nd floor, but I had had a Pacemaker implemented a few weeks earlier so navigating the stairs was a bit difficult for me. 2nd"
