- 1-Night Stays: 1-Night stays incur a 20% surcharge, payable at least 1 day prior to check-in. - Occupancy & Extra Beds: The standard rate covers 2 guests. Maximum occupancy is 4 guests (including infants). For groups exceeding 2 guests, an additional fee applies, which includes the setup of a twin-size or queen-size aerobed. If your group is 2 but you would like to use/setup the extra bed, this can also be arranged (additional fee applies). Simply book your request via your Guest Portal. - Same-Day Bookings: Check-in may be delayed past 4pm, or up to 3 hours after your booking if made after 4pm, depending on housekeeping. - Monthly Stays: Starter amenities, biweekly housekeeping, and steep discounts available for stays of 28+ nights (contract required). - We reserve the right to relocate guests to comparable or upgraded accommodation at no additional cost if the booked unit becomes unavailable for operational reasons.

The appartement in westbay is very quite far from Georgetown and the cruise ships. You donât need a car to go to the beach or to the westbay dinner or alfresco and have lunch/dinner. Donât forget to feed puma the nice cat!!
We picked this rental because it was centrally located to everything we wanted to do. It is just about a block to the beach, an extremely easy walk. The unit was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was more than adequately stocked. We picked up fresh seafood and cooked several times. Ms. Tricia was quite friendly and efficient with all communication. When we realized we were running out of clean laundry, she was able to arrange for our laundry to be picked up, washed, folded and returned in less than 24 hours. Amazing! We will definitely book again!
Clean accommodations. Off the main road a bit so it was quiet (except for those roosters). We did not rent a vehicle so it was nice that it was close to the grocery store, several restaurants, West Bay Beach and Cemetery Beach. We really appreciated the beach umbrella and beach chairs.
Donât pay seven mile beach prices for something thatâs just a snobe throw away. With the money saved stay three times longer instead. Tricia is awesome. She lives on property but will never be in your way. Anything you need is always there. Could t think of a better spot to be honest.
Comfy well equipped accommodation on Seven Mile Beach
Pleasant apartment on West Bay. Very good air-con, very peaceful location. Nearest beach is West Bay, just a few minutes away isn't great but just a bit down the coast is Governors Public Beach which is gorgeous.
The lady that owns/manages (not sure which) the place is great, very helpful.
Local supermarket, liquor store and restaurant Alfresco are all great
I went for a neighborhood jog each morning (there are cars that go around you- everyone is friendly and respectful) then a swim at W Bay Beach 3 minute walk from house. We snorkeled and walked many miles along Governor's and Cemetery beaches. Amazing. The unit is not fancy but was big, clean and had everything we needed. For dinner: Heritage Kitchen 3 min walk, VIVO 5 min drive, or Island Naturals 10 min drive. Really a perfect getaway. Owner was very helpful and communicative. Nice beach towels and beach chairs in the unit. Did I mention the clear blue ocean? We have been to many Caribbean beaches but Seven Mile was our favorite by far.
Good location for diving. basic, but as described. Some sugar ants in kitchen. Well equipped kitchen and nice beach chairs provided. I would stay again when travelling alone for diving. With family, I would probably chose property on the beach.
Great Location and Condition. Walk 0.1 mile to Subway. 0.2 mile to best beach on island. Uncrowded and not one sales person or beggar all six days on this beach and area!!! Unit 1 is huge 400 square feet with full kitchen and utensils. Full bath with bathtub. Owner left large beach unbrella and beach towels we asked about. Kitty Puma is a sweetie and we hope to return here again soon.đ
This property has excellent location, near to everything: West Bay Beach is in 3 min walking distance; Foster's IGA grosery store is in 5-6 min or 1 min by car; the middle of the beatiful 7 Mile Beach is in 5 minutes by car, the Subway with hot pizza and other stuff is just few steps away and it works 24 hours, the Hell RD and Cayman Turtle Center are also around. The host and people who clean and maintain this property are very nice, responsible and responsive. They provide comfortable accomodation for a couple, but if 3 or 4 of you are planning to come, I recommemd to ask the host for readiness of the property to accomodate all of you. There were 3 of us, and the 3rd person was not so happy with her accomodation.
We loved staying here! Clean and everything you need. We walked to the beach everyday. It's just minutes away. Great resturants in walking distance. The Heritage Kitchen is a must. The Alfresco as well. Store and liquor store close. Apartment was ready easy check in and out. We would stay here again!
If you're looking to be away from the hustle and bustle of seven mile beach, but still close enough to walk down to the beach this is a great place. The space has a very usable kitchen, is clean and comfortable, and if you have a rental car it's within 15 minutes of everything along seven mile beach.
If you plan to watch the ocean from your balcony, this isn't the place (it's a block away from the beach), but if you plan to be out and about exploring the island, this is a great place to come back to each night! It's also a very short walk to several great local restaurants and also close to Hell and the Turtle Farm.
